Pretty- Face Masks are considered, "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned. Two Way Shoulder Straps products can be exchanged or refunded . 

We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with 10 days after purchase.  Returns must be mailed back and postage paid by the customer within 10 days after purchase. 

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

To return items by mail:

• Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your package or include your original store receipt. 
• For safety reasons, please ensure there are no pins/ staples left on any merchandise or in your return package.
• Mail to the address on the return form enclosed in your package. Place a copy of the receipt of purchase in the package to be returned.
• Pay postage and attach to your package.
• Send package to the  postal carrier or ship it via USPS. 
• Please note that a handling fee of $7.95 will be charged against your original method of payment.
